Machine O.E.M.'s music, incorporating strong melody, power rock riffs and an emphasis on lyrical content, is influenced by a wide spectrum of rock and metal, spawning a versatile repertoire - ranging from radio-friendly power ballads to 70's/80's -style hard rock, all the way to hard-edged metal and almost everything in between. It is a unique blend of styles that conveys passion and power, love and hate, joy and pain, but most of all, Machine O.E.M. is all about real music for real people...

Rock / Metal / Grunge

The musical entity known only as Machine O.E.M. came into existence in April, 2006, when East London based founding members Travers Harty (guitar, backing vocals) and Lez Dart (lead vocals), decided it was time to channel their musical visions into a working band. A temporary lineup was assembled, which made it's live performance debut at the Daily Dispatch/GO! Live Music Awards (in which they made it into the final leg), in front of a 2000-strong crowd, despite only having formed just over a week earlier.

Realising that they were definitely onto something, the two founders resolved in expanding the creative core of the band and putting together a solid lineup, which now includes Clint Green on guitar, Steve Daniel handling bass duties, and Jono Linden on drums and percussion.
Machine O.E.M. has since been gigging consistently and are currently in studio recording their debut E.P., scheduled for independent release in 2007.
