From their early years, the Franklin Players have continually grown in strength and are constantly striving to improve the standard of their presentations.

Primarily we produce two Major Productions per year and due to current trends and logistics, are concentrating principally on Comedy with more Musical content than before.

We also host "One-Act Play" showcases and submit entries for the National "Winter Festival".

Finally, we have our Candlelight Theatre. These popular Sunday evening events (presented two or three times annually) consist of anything from Poetry through to Play Readings with Music and Comedy Sketches often included.

We must of course not forget about the "Little Twittering Ladies Choral Society". Although not directly affiliated, they deserve a mention since most of our members are Twits ... er ... sorry, ... I mean ... most of the Twits are Franklin members.
